If you've forgotten your password, select either the 'League Commissioner' or your team from the "Login As" pull-down field and click on the Email Me My Password button. The password will be sent out immediately to the email address defined for the chosen team (or league address if the commissioner was chosen). If you don't receive the email, contact the commish with a password you would like and it will be reset for you. The commish will email you back as soon as it has been updated.
Propose a Trade
You'll initially have to specify which team you wish to trade with. Once selected a screen with both teams full roster will appear. At the end of each roster, the teams' draft picks will also appear if the order has been defined and the draft has not yet started. This will allow the trading of current-year draft picks along with keeper players (in keeper league). Non-keeper leagues will only see the draft picks.
Select Player(s) and/or Draft Pick(s) - Check the box for each franchise's player/draft pick in the proposed trade.
Optional Message - Enter a message for the other trade party to receive along with your trade offer email.
Revoke Trade Offer(s) - Once one or more trades have been defined by a team, entering the Trades screen again will display this additional button. Click on this button to remove any outstanding (non-accepted) trade proposals to other franchises that have their checkbox selected.
When finished, you MUST click on the Propose Trade button in order to complete your trade proposal. A new screen will appear confirming the details of the trade proposal and the other team involved in the trade will be sent an email.
Accept a Trade
When a franchise owner accesses this trade screen, any pending trade proposals to this owner will appear at the top of the page. The owner can read over the proposal and accept or reject it.
Accept Trade Offer - Click on this link to accept the trade proposal. If the league requires commissioner approval for all trades (as defined in Trades Setup), then the commissioner will still need to use the Review Trades option to approve/deny this accepted trade. If this is not a requirement, the trade will be immediately processed and any players/draft picks will be moved to the new teams.
Reject Trade Offer - Select this link to deny the trade proposal. Once rejected the trade can no longer be accepted. Instead, a new trade proposal must be created.
Counter-Propose Trade Offer - Select this link to deny the original trade proposal and create an alternate proposal.
Comments - When rejecting or counter-proposing a trade, owners can include text comments which will get emailed to the owner who proposed the initial trade.
Trade emails get sent out for the following events to the following users who have indicated that they want to receive trade-related emails:
1. On proposal, to the other franchise.
2 On acceptance, to the entire league if the trade can go through immediately.
3. On acceptance, to the entire league if the trade requires a league-wide poll.
4. On acceptance, to the commissioner if the trade needs his approval.
5. On approval by the commissioner, to the whole league.
6. On rejection, to the original proposer.

YFFL and YFFL Plus both have I.R. positions. You are limited to one player being on I.R at a time.
You may place any players on the NFL's I.R., listed as Out on the NFL's Injury
Report to the fantasy I.R. position.
You are allowed one (1) player to be placed on I.R. at a time. When placing a
player on I.R. they locked there for 1 day (24 hours) before you can take them
off of I.R.
If you have a player that is on the NFL's Physically Unable to Perform (PUP)
list that you want to add to your teams I.R. position please
Yes, Unfortunately at this time there's no good PUP data available for all
teams. As it's not part of the information we get from the NFL (either the
official I.R. transactions or the official injury report), we cannot reliably
include it into the site.
So when you go to add a player to your I.R. you must contact your leagues
commish with the players information as well as the source you have that the
player is on the PUP list.
If you are not able to add that player to the I.R. the commish will then do it
for you (by request)
Once a player is added to the I.R. they will be locked their for at least 24 hours, so you can not reverse this transaction immediately and must wait the time period.
This is to place the player back on your roster to where you can start them again.
When ever a team drops a player they will be locked for 24 hours (1 day). This is done to give everyone an equal chance to see who was dropped just incase they want to try and pick that player up.
